Maximizing Exposure

The first 12 months of the program will be about maximizing your exposure in order to gain essential work-related knowledge and skills through rotations across core departments.

Skill Building

You'll acquire valuable experience by participating in bank-wide projects and working in cross-functional teams.

Placement Selection

You'll then leverage your core department rotations and choose a placement area which usually lasts up to 12 months, starting the development of your career in the selected area of expertise.
