Clarification Statement on Jusking Chen Impersonating a Position at Asia Digital Bank Ltd.

Asia Digital Bank Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) has recently discovered that an individual named Jusking Chen has been falsely impersonating himself as the “Executive Director of Asia Digital Bank, Hong Kong Region”. The Bank takes this matter seriously and hereby issues the following clarification:

Jusking Chen has never held the position of Executive Director or any official role at the Bank or any of the Bank’s affiliated entities. The titles he has publicly claimed are entirely fabricated. Additionally, the position and contact details listed on his personal business card are false. His actions are suspected of misleading the public and have caused significant damage to the Bank’s reputation.

Any unauthorized use of the Bank’s name, titles, or brand identifiers to make misleading statements constitutes a serious violation. The Bank strongly condemns such actions and reserves the right to take legal action against the responsible parties in order to protect its lawful rights and the interests of the public.
