Management Trainee Program

We recognize that developing a Digital Banking professional begins at the entry point of one's career and requires a structured approach. This program is designed for fresh graduates (within 1 year) and final-year students seeking hands-on digital banking experience.

Program Structure

1. Maximizing Exposure

The first 12 months of the program will be about maximizing your exposure in order to gain essential work-related knowledge and skills through rotations across core departments.

2. Skill Building

Participants gain experience through bank-wide projects and cross-functional team collaboration.

3. Placement Selection

You'll then leverage your core department rotations and choose a placement area which usually lasts up to 12 months.

Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate communication impact, connectivity, curiosity, creativity, integrity, and empathy. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency is required. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree (Second Class Honors minimum) or be final-year students.
